Maintaining the Highest Standards of Ethics
CHAPTER 1 IN OUR MANUAL IS COMPLIANCE
Federal Injury Centers places the highest priority on compliance. We are committed to doing everything the right way. We live in a time where a lot of doctors and other healthcare facilities are getting into trouble with the federal government for doing things that are just ridiculous in most cases. Our doctors and staff are specially trained to do everything with compliance as its top priority. From initial evaluations to work injury treatment to filling out forms and billing, we never break the rules. Our patients never have to look over their shoulders worried about their doctors breaking the rules. We don't do that. We know that the best way to help injured federal employees, is to follow all the rules and stay in business so that we can be around tomorrow, next week, and next year to help more federal workers. Chapter 1 in our manual is literally about compliance. We will always help federal employees the right way.
DOL WORKERS COMP USES SPECIALIZED FORMS
Federal Workers Comp injuries are handled much differently than other state workers comp programs. For example, Department of Labor Federal Workers Comp uses federal “CA” forms for reporting workers comp injuries and for notifying the department of labor about work-related issues. CA1 and CA2 forms are used for reporting injuries. CA17 Duty Status forms are used for injured workers who need time off due to a work injury. CA7 Claim for Compensation forms are filled out and submitted so injured federal employees can get paid after being injured on the job. FEDERAL INJURY CENTERS will make sure all of your required forms are filled out the right way so that you injury claim can be accepted and you can get all of the benefits you’ve earned.
DOL DOCTORS MUST BE EXPERTS
DOL workers comp injuries under FECA (Federal Employees Compensation Act) must be documented correctly. This is the most important part of getting your OWCP work injury claim accepted so you can get treated and get better. FEDERAL INJURY CENTERS are trained to connect your injury and symptoms to your injury on the job. This is called “Causation”. An inability to do so will cause your injury claim to be denied and remove your chances of getting the treatment you need to get back to work and avoid pain and re-injury. If you’re injured on the job, call FEDERAL INJURY CENTERS.
